It’s summertime and it’s time to get outside and make some of the best wings you’ve ever experienced!! Please follow the instructions below
Start off with fresh and rinsed chicken wings.
Using sharp chef cutters, begin cutting!! Make sure to get the tip of the wing off because it’s pretty much useless.
This is the result.
Once you have cut up all of your wings, lay them bad boys evenly in a pan as pictured.
To keep the chicken juicy. Coat the top and the bottom of the wings with mustard.. “we promise you won’t taste it”.
Sprinkle Poo Yie seasoning all over it covering the top and bottom of the wings. Please season to your liking. Remember there isn’t a lot of salt in Poo Yie because it’s not that other stuff so I like to use a little more! 😳
Once you are finished, put your wings in a zip lock bag. This is the point where you can add hot sauce if you choose. Minced garlic is also great. Give it a good shake! Let it sit in the fridge for a minimum of 30 minutes.
Pre heat your grill between 425°-450°F. Put your grilling tin foil on the grill and cook them! Grill to your liking. I like to use the top rack so I can relax a little. I also use the foil to prevent flare ups. Grill up to 20-25 minutes turning once or twice.
Once you get that nice char, you can now add your own sauce. You can add your favorite bbq sauce or your favorite buffalo wing sauce as well if you like them sloppy. I sometimes add more minced garlic and hot sauce for the second time. In this example, Sweet Baby Ray‘s was added then cooked another 5 minutes.
